Production Lead time & Delivery lead time?
Our Production lead time is 4-8 weeks. Delivery will then take place 2-4 working days. After completion of production. There will be communication made once the order is complete and a delivery date will be cemented.
Can I pay using a debit card?
You may process payment using a debit card on our website, the payment method is secure.
How much will I pay if I need a custom furniture piece?
For custom pieces, you will have to contact us via email on info@houseofamica.com to discuss the specifications of the piece/pieces you wish to purchase. After conclusion, a 70% deposit is required prior to commencement of production and the balance is to be settled at least 24hours prior to scheduled delivery.
Do you allow walk-ins to your workshop?
The Warehouse is open to the public, please note that we do not keep stock on hand, all items are made on order therefore when one comes to the warehouse they will see items which are currently being manufactured for other clients and are set to be delivered.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Collections Can take place at the warehouse, Please indicate to your sales rep when placing order that you will be collecting your products yourself. Please note that you can only collect your items after receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
Does the purchase price include installation fee?
No, installation will be billed separately, however a client may do their own installation.
